We are seeking a talented Animator Kreatif dan Pengembang Konten Visual to join our dynamic creative studio. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing stories to life through captivating animations and visual content that engage audiences across multiple platforms. Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design, and produce high‑quality 2D and 3D animations for marketing campaigns, social media, and internal communications.
- Develop and animate the expressive character Miyu, ensuring personality, timing, and movement align with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with scriptwriters, illustrators, and sound designers to create cohesive visual narratives.
- Maintain a strong sense of design, rhythm, and storytelling to deliver engaging and memorable content.
- Manage multiple animation projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Participate in regular creative brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas for visual strategies.
- Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, new software tools, and emerging animation techniques to continuously improve the quality of output.
- Prepare and deliver final animation files in various formats, ensuring compatibility with web, mobile, and broadcast standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to candidates of any gender; diversity is welcomed.
- Strong portfolio showcasing animation work, especially character animation.
- Proficiency in animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Toon Boom Harmony, or Blender.
- Understanding of timing, spacing, and motion principles to create fluid, expressive movements.
- Excellent sense of design, color theory, and visual composition.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English for internal collaboration.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
