Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Senior Housekeeping Leader – Operations Management to join our fast‑growing hospitality team. This senior‑level position plays a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency across all hotel properties. The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership experience, meticulous attention to detail, and a passion for fostering a culture of excellence within the housekeeping department.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily housekeeping operations for a multi‑property portfolio, ensuring rooms and public areas meet brand‑standards for cleanliness and presentation.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive cleaning schedules, deep‑cleaning cycles, and preventive maintenance plans.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of supervisors, room attendants, and support staff, promoting continuous improvement and high morale.
  • Conduct regular quality‑control inspections, generate detailed reports, and coordinate corrective actions with relevant departments.
  • Manage inventory of linens, guest supplies, and cleaning chemicals, optimizing stock levels while controlling costs.
  • Prepare and monitor budgets for housekeeping, tracking labor hours, supply expenditures, and equipment maintenance.
  • Collaborate closely with Front Office, Engineering, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure seamless guest experiences and efficient room turnover.
  • Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies, including proper handling of hazardous chemicals and waste disposal.
  • Drive guest feedback initiatives, analyze satisfaction data, and introduce service enhancements to exceed expectations.
  • Maintain accurate administrative records, including shift rosters, performance evaluations, and training certifications.

Requirements

  • Male candidate, age 25‑35 years.
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in housekeeping or hotel operations management.
  • Educational background of at least D3/D4; a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high‑performing teams with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational talent, with a keen eye for detail and a systematic approach to problem‑solving.
  • Proficiency in inventory management, budgeting, and administrative documentation.
  • Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an advantage.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional weekend or holiday coverage as needed.
