Introduction

This role is pivotal in connecting merchants, brands, and MSMEs with our end‑to‑end fulfillment and warehousing solutions. The ideal candidate is a self‑starter with a proven sales record, a passion for logistics innovation, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers—including online sellers, brands, and small‑medium enterprises—that require first‑mile pickup, fulfillment, or cross‑border shipping services.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring consistent progression toward monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Conduct consultative discovery calls and on‑site visits to deeply understand each client’s operational challenges and growth objectives.
  • Design and deliver compelling presentations of Shipper’s “Crewdible” fulfillment solutions, highlighting cost‑efficiency, scalability, and technology integration.
  • Negotiate pricing structures, service level agreements, and contract terms while safeguarding company margins and compliance standards.
  • Foster long‑term relationships with existing accounts to generate repeat business, upsell additional services, and act as the primary point of contact for issue resolution.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Operations, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure seamless onboarding and continuous service improvement.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports, pipeline forecasts, and market intelligence insights to senior leadership.
  • Represent Shipper at industry events, trade shows, and networking gatherings to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate) or S1 (bachelor’s) degree in any discipline.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within logistics, e‑commerce, SaaS, or related technology sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; comfortable speaking in public and conducting client workshops.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in sales administration and performance analysis.
  • Highly organized, able to work independently, and adept at managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Open to candidates of any gender; age is not a limiting factor.
  • Availability to work Monday‑Friday, 09:00‑18:00.
