Responsibilities
As a Crew Store member, you will be entrusted with a range of duties that blend sales, customer service, and financial education. Your typical day may include:
- Proactively presenting installment and credit purchase options to shoppers interested in high‑value items.
- Educating customers about Home Credit Indonesia’s financing products, repayment schedules, and eligibility criteria.
- Guiding customers through the application process, ensuring all required documentation is accurately completed.
- Maintaining an inviting store atmosphere by greeting visitors warmly, answering inquiries, and providing product knowledge.
- Collaborating with store managers and fellow crew members to achieve daily sales targets and service standards.
- Monitoring inventory levels of promotional materials and ensuring that credit‑related brochures are up‑to‑date.
- Reporting daily sales figures, customer feedback, and any issues to the store supervisor.
- Adhering to all compliance and data‑privacy regulations while handling sensitive customer information.
Requirements
Successful candidates will demonstrate the following qualifications and personal attributes:
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK/MA or equivalent (Package C acceptable).
- Open to all genders; diversity is encouraged.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to smile and engage customers.
- Basic numeracy and the ability to explain credit terms clearly.
- Preferably at least 1 year of retail or sales experience; fresh graduates with a strong motivation are also welcome.
- Willingness to work in a store located in Gianyar, Klungkung, Karangasem, or surrounding areas.
- Flexibility to work six days a week (Monday‑Saturday) from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
