Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Education, Indonesian Language, or a related field.
- Teaching certification or license preferred, but not mandatory for fresh graduates.
- Age: 22–35 years (maximum 35 years).

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic proficiency in English.
