We are currently seeking a dedicated Petugas Kebersihan dan Layanan Pembersihan to join our team and help maintain spotless environments for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning of floors, walls, windows, and fixtures using appropriate tools and cleaning agents.
- Collect, sort, and dispose of waste according to local regulations, ensuring proper segregation of recyclables.
- Maintain and replenish cleaning supplies, reporting any shortages to the supervisor promptly.
- Conduct routine inspections of assigned areas to identify and address any hygiene or safety issues.
- Assist in deep‑cleaning projects such as carpet shampooing, floor polishing, and post‑event sanitation.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate schedules, share equipment, and achieve collective targets.
- Document cleaning activities in daily logs and submit reports to management.
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Provide courteous service to clients and respond to special cleaning requests in a timely manner.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new cleaning technologies and best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of professional cleaning experience, preferably in a similar environment.
- Male candidates, maximum age of 35 years.
- Current residence in Yogyakarta or nearby districts.
- Strong work ethic: diligent, honest, disciplined, and passionate about maintaining clean spaces.
- Excellent teamwork skills; able to cooperate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
- No criminal record; a clean police clearance is required.
- Basic proficiency in using cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, mops, scrubbers, and disinfectant sprayers.
- Ability to follow written instructions and safety guidelines.
- Physical stamina to perform manual cleaning tasks for extended periods.
