We are seeking a diligent Petugas Kebersihan Lingkungan Kerja (Workplace Cleaning Officer) to join our growing team in Tangerang Selatan. Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning of office floors, carpets, and common areas using appropriate equipment and cleaning agents.
- Maintain restrooms, break rooms, and kitchenettes in a sanitary condition, restocking supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
- Collect and dispose of waste according to the company’s recycling and waste‑management policies.
- Conduct periodic deep‑cleaning tasks, including window washing, dusting high surfaces, and carpet shampooing.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues (e.g., leaks, broken fixtures) to the facilities manager promptly.
- Ensure all cleaning tools and chemicals are stored safely and used in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms and event spaces, guaranteeing they are tidy and presentable before use.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to the company’s dress code and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with other facility staff to coordinate cleaning schedules, especially during holidays or special events.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on the latest cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Age: up to 25 years old.
- Gender: Female (as specified) – however, the role is open to both male and female candidates in practice.
- Residence: Must be domiciled in Tangerang Selatan or nearby areas.
- Prior experience as a cleaner is essential; previous work in office or commercial settings is a strong advantage.
- Neat appearance and personal hygiene are mandatory.
- Strong willingness to learn and improve cleaning techniques.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to interact courteously with staff and visitors.
