Introduction

We are seeking motivated and results‑driven individuals to join our growing sales force as Sales WiFi Langsung – Area Medan Petisah sampai Pantai Cermin. In this role you will be the face of our broadband internet service, visiting homes across the Medan Petisah to Pantai Cermin corridor, presenting our high‑speed Wi‑Fi solutions, and converting prospects into satisfied customers. This is a door‑to‑door, commission‑focused position that rewards ambition, strong communication, and a genuine desire to help families stay connected.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily door‑to‑door canvassing within the assigned territory, targeting residential neighborhoods and small business premises.
  • Present, demonstrate, and explain the features, pricing, and promotional packages of our broadband Wi‑Fi service in a clear, persuasive manner.
  • Identify customer needs through effective questioning and tailor product recommendations to match those needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and sales activities using the company CRM system.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets, tracking performance against quotas and adjusting tactics as needed.
  • Provide post‑sale support by guiding new customers through installation scheduling and answering basic technical queries.
  • Participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and employee gatherings to stay updated on product changes and sales strategies.
  • Report market feedback, competitor activity, and common customer objections to help improve marketing collateral.

Requirements

  • Male or female, age 18‑50 years.
  • Minimum education: Elementary school (SD) or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
  • Own reliable transportation (motorcycle or car) to travel across the designated area.
  • Strong money‑oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, including persuasive speaking, active listening, and clear product articulation.
  • Customer‑relationship skills: ability to build trust quickly and handle objections professionally.
  • Basic analytical ability to review sales performance and adjust approach accordingly.
  • Open to fresh graduates; prior experience in direct sales, telecom, or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Professional demeanor, punctuality, and a willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 09:00‑18:00.
