Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of menu items, including marinating, seasoning, and portioning chicken and side dishes according to standard recipes.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all workstations, equipment, and storage areas in compliance with local health regulations.
  • Monitor inventory levels, receive deliveries, and ensure proper labeling and rotation of raw materials.
  • Support the head chef in plating and garnishing dishes to ensure consistent presentation.
  • Coordinate with front‑of‑house staff to fulfill orders promptly during peak service hours (10:00 – 17:00).
  • Participate in daily briefings, reporting any equipment issues or supply shortages to management.
  • Adhere to safety protocols, including proper handling of knives, hot surfaces, and cleaning chemicals.
  • Contribute ideas for menu improvements, waste reduction, and workflow efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: 18 – 28 years.
