Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly with a friendly smile, escort them to their tables, and present menus.
  • Provide detailed explanations of menu items, daily specials, and beverage selections, answering any dietary or allergy questions.
  • Take accurate food and drink orders using handheld POS systems, and communicate them clearly to kitchen staff.
  • Serve dishes and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring correct presentation and temperature.
  • Monitor tables throughout the dining experience, refilling drinks, clearing plates, and addressing any additional guest requests.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and handle cash or card transactions with precision.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables, polishing silverware, and ensuring all service stations are stocked.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and fellow service staff to guarantee smooth operations during peak hours.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new menu items, service techniques, and company policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: 18‑30 years.

  • Polished, clean appearance with a warm and approachable demeanor.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language proficiency is a plus.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and support colleagues during busy periods.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
