Responsibilities
- Perform high‑quality eyelash extension applications, adhering to industry safety standards and client preferences.
- Provide basic nail services (e.g., manicure, gel polish) for clients seeking a complete beauty makeover.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are sterilized before and after each client.
- Consult with clients to understand their desired look, offering professional recommendations on styles, lengths, and after‑care.
- Document client records accurately, tracking preferences, product usage, and any sensitivities.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in eyelash extensions, nail design, and beauty techniques through ongoing training.
- Assist in inventory management, reporting low stock of extensions, adhesives, and nail supplies.
- Uphold the salon’s brand image by presenting a polished appearance and delivering courteous, attentive service.
- Participate in promotional events, client appreciation days, and social media showcases as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Female candidates only, in line with salon policy.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in eyelash extension therapy; a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of nail service experience is required.
- Demonstrated proficiency with various extension techniques (classic, volume, hybrid) and a solid grasp of nail art fundamentals.
- Strong attention to detail, steady hands, and the ability to work efficiently under time constraints.
- Positive, enthusiastic attitude (“juju”), patience, and a meticulous work ethic.
- Willingness to be placed either in Alam Sutera or BSD, as determined by the owner.
- Readiness to complete a brief, on‑the‑job training program prior to independent client work.
- Commitment to a one‑year contract, with the possibility of renewal based on performance.
