Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our front‑of‑house team as Staff Waiters and Waitresses. Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet guests upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and provide menus with a friendly introduction to daily specials.
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders using the point‑of‑sale (POS) system, ensuring any dietary restrictions or special requests are clearly communicated to the kitchen.
  • Serve dishes and drinks promptly, adhering to proper plating, portion control, and presentation standards.
  • Monitor table status continuously, replenish water, clear used plates, and maintain a clean and organized dining area throughout the shift.
  • Handle payment transactions, process credit cards, and issue receipts while maintaining strict accuracy.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to synchronize service flow and resolve any order discrepancies.
  • Upsell complementary items such as desserts, specialty coffees, and promotional beverages to enhance guest satisfaction and increase average check size.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including proper sanitation of workstations and adherence to personal grooming standards.
  • Respond swiftly and professionally to guest complaints or special needs, turning potential issues into positive experiences.
  • Participate in pre‑shift briefings, post‑shift debriefs, and ongoing training sessions to stay current with menu changes and service protocols.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: Open to candidates of any age; the role is suitable for fresh graduates as well as experienced staff.

  • Core Skills: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and a courteous demeanor; strong teamwork, time‑management, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Technical Skills: Basic proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, and familiarity with standard restaurant service etiquette.
