Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with third‑party partners, including dealers and end‑customers, to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
- Promote and sell a multi‑product portfolio, tailoring proposals to meet the specific needs of each client segment.
- Conduct detailed market research and feasibility surveys to assess the creditworthiness and purchasing potential of prospective customers.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and quotations that align with company standards and client expectations.
- Collaborate closely with the sales, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless order processing and post‑sale support.
- Track sales performance against monthly and quarterly targets, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and timely follow‑up on leads.
- Utilize a personal motorcycle and valid SIM C to visit clients and dealers across the Palembang region, ensuring timely on‑site engagement.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (or equivalent S1) from any discipline.
- Age: 28 years or younger.
- Gender: Male (as per current posting requirements).
- Prior experience in sales or marketing is highly preferred, though fresh graduates with a strong drive are welcome.
- Demonstrated ability to work towards and exceed sales targets.
- Dynamic, communicative, and able to build rapport quickly with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Ownership of a motorcycle and a valid SIM C for regional travel.
- Proactive problem‑solving attitude, with strong analytical skills for customer feasibility assessments.
