Introduction

The Senior Regional Sales Manager will lead and expand our hospitality portfolio across the newly designated capital, Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN). This pivotal role combines strategic market analysis, team leadership, and hands‑on client relationship management to drive revenue growth in one of Indonesia’s most dynamic regions. The successful candidate will be a results‑oriented professional with at least one year of proven experience in hospitality sales, a bachelor’s degree, and the flexibility to relocate to IKN while preferably maintaining ties to the Kalimantan area. Immediate availability is essential as we accelerate our expansion plans.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy that aligns with corporate revenue targets and market trends.
  • Identify, pursue, and close high‑value contracts with hotels, resorts, and related hospitality partners throughout the IKN and surrounding provinces.
  • Lead a cross‑functional sales team, providing coaching, performance feedback, and motivation to exceed individual and collective KPIs.
  • Conduct detailed market analysis, including competitor benchmarking, customer segmentation, and pricing optimization, to inform strategic decisions.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline, using CRM tools to track leads, forecast revenue, and generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and finance departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to strengthen brand visibility and forge strategic partnerships.
  • Prepare and present regular business reviews to senior leadership, highlighting successes, challenges, and actionable recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with all local regulations, health & safety standards, and corporate governance policies in all sales activities.
  • Act as a mentor for junior sales staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning, professionalism, and ethical conduct.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in a similar sales position within the hospitality industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a highly competitive environment.
  • Strong analytical skills for sales data interpretation, market forecasting, and performance measurement.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and proficiency in English.
  • Hardworking, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to relocate to Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN) and, preferably, a residence in the Kalimantan region.
  • Immediate availability to join the team.
  • Proven proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales analytics tools.
