Introduction
Adira Finance, a leading multifinance institution in Central Java, is seeking a diligent and results‑driven Petugas Remedial Penagihan to join our expanding team. This role is crucial for maintaining healthy cash flow by ensuring that overdue accounts receivable (A/R) are collected promptly and professionally. The successful candidate will operate from one of our numerous regional offices, including Pekalongan, and will work closely with credit, sales, and customer service teams to achieve collection targets while preserving strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end collection activities for overdue loan accounts, ensuring all actions are taken within established timelines.
- Monitor daily aging reports, identify high‑risk accounts, and prioritize collection efforts accordingly.
- Conduct outbound calls, send formal reminders, and arrange face‑to‑face meetings with borrowers to negotiate repayment plans.
- Document all interactions in the CRM system, update status changes, and prepare accurate daily and weekly collection reports for management.
- Collaborate with the credit underwriting team to verify borrower information and resolve discrepancies that may hinder repayment.
- Assist in the preparation of legal notices and coordinate with external agencies when litigation becomes necessary.
- Provide feedback on recurring payment challenges and propose process improvements to reduce future delinquencies.
- Maintain compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards throughout the collection process.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (or S1) in any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Male candidates, age 30 years or younger.
- At least 1 year of experience in collections, credit monitoring, or related finance functions (experience is a strong advantage but not mandatory).
- Solid understanding of multifinance business processes and a clear orientation toward achieving collection targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and persuade effectively.
- High level of integrity, persistence, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in using standard office software and familiarity with CRM or collection management systems.
- Willingness to work at any Adira Finance branch in Central Java, including but not limited to Semarang, Demak, Kudus, Jepara, Pekalongan, Yogyakarta, and surrounding cities, based on the candidate’s domicile.
