Introduction

The role focuses on acquiring new agents, educating them on our suite of digital financial services, and building lasting partnerships that drive both revenue and social impact. Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and acquire new AmarthaLink agents within the Kotamobagu territory, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly acquisition targets.
  • Conduct on‑site and virtual presentations to educate prospective agents on the benefits, functionalities, and compliance requirements of AmarthaLink services.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing agents, ensuring high satisfaction, timely issue resolution, and smooth day‑to‑day operations.
  • Provide hands‑on training and continuous support for agents on using the AmarthaLink system, product portfolio, and sales best practices.
  • Monitor agents’ transaction volumes, credit performance, and overall activity through MS Excel or Google Sheets, flagging any anomalies for prompt action.
  • Analyze local market trends, competitor activities, and demographic data to formulate targeted acquisition strategies and recommend territory‑specific growth initiatives.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly performance reports detailing acquisition numbers, agent performance metrics, and actionable insights for senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and compliance teams to ensure agents receive up‑to‑date promotional materials, regulatory guidance, and product updates.
  • Travel extensively across the assigned area using a personal two‑wheel vehicle, adhering to safety regulations and maintaining a valid SIM C.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum Diploma (D3/D4) in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 12 months of proven success in sales acquisition roles within e‑commerce, PPOB, telecommunications, retail, or FMCG sectors.
  • Geographic Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the Kotamobagu region and its business landscape.
  • Mobility: Own a reliable motorcycle and hold an active SIM C license.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and analysis.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication etiquette, persuasive selling ability, problem‑solving mindset, and the capacity to work independently in the field.
  • Work Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional weekend visits as market demands require.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
