Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture strong, trust‑based relationships with customers through proactive communication and attentive service.
- Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information about our transport services, pricing, and schedules.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints or service disruptions promptly, escalating complex cases to senior management when necessary.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of 27TRANS’s product portfolio, including freight options, tracking tools, and value‑added services.
- Process and update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Prepare daily and weekly administrative reports, such as ticket logs, response times, and satisfaction metrics.
- Collaborate with the operations and sales teams to relay feedback, identify service improvement opportunities, and support promotional campaigns.
- Adapt to flexible working hours, including weekends and public holidays, to meet the demands of a 24/7 logistics environment.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current with industry trends, company policies, and customer service best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Age: 22‑28 years old.

- At least 1 year of proven experience in a customer‑service or call‑center role, preferably within transportation, logistics, or e‑commerce.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.

- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and remain composed under pressure.
- Willingness to be based in Bali and to work flexible shifts, including weekends and national holidays.
