As a Promotor Penjualan Mitra you will act as the frontline ambassador of our brand, ensuring that every customer interaction reflects our commitment to quality, service excellence, and value creation.
Responsibilities
- Execute direct sales of our product portfolio to walk‑in customers, demonstrating product features and benefits.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing customers, turning one‑time buyers into repeat patrons.
- Submit daily sales reports via the designated WhatsApp group, including figures, observations, and any anomalies.
- Conduct in‑store product promotions, including sampling, demonstrations, and merchandising displays.
- Gather and relay customer feedback and complaints to the internal sales and product development teams, ensuring swift resolution.
- Recommend appropriate product solutions based on customer needs, budget, and usage patterns.
- Perform daily stock checks, identify damaged or expired items, and coordinate stock‑taking (stock opname) activities.
- Identify recurring product issues, compile data on complaints, and assist in root‑cause analysis.
- Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets set by management, aligning with broader corporate sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and inventory teams to implement promotional campaigns and seasonal sales drives.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in a sales or promotional role, preferably in a retail or consumer‑goods environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage customers confidently and persuasively.
- Honest, responsible, and self‑motivated with a results‑oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to work under sales targets and contribute to overall turnover growth.
- Experience with daily stock management, inventory checks, and basic inventory software.
- Proficiency in using mobile messaging platforms (WhatsApp) for reporting and team coordination.
