Responsibilities
- Oversee daily outsourced operational activities across multiple sites, guaranteeing compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and internal policies.
- Coordinate and communicate with external vendors, contractors, and internal departments to streamline workflows and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, on‑site inspections, and audits to assess service quality, safety standards, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Prepare detailed operational reports, KPI dashboards, and incident logs for senior management review.
- Lead training sessions and orientation programs for outsourced staff, fostering a culture of professionalism, honesty, and accountability.
- Handle customer and client complaints promptly, implementing corrective actions and preventive measures to improve satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain contingency plans to ensure uninterrupted service during emergencies or peak periods.
- Collaborate with the HR and finance teams to manage staffing schedules, payroll verification, and cost‑control initiatives.
- Monitor and optimize resource allocation, ensuring optimal utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials.
- Promote teamwork by encouraging open communication, recognizing achievements, and providing constructive feedback.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; additional certification in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.
- Age: Open to candidates of all ages, with a maximum limit set by local labor regulations.
