This position is pivotal in delivering a seamless checkout experience for our customers across all outlets in the Greater Jakarta area (JABODETABEK). As a retail cashier, you will not only handle cash and electronic payments but also act as the friendly face of our brand, ensuring each guest leaves with a positive impression of our food & beverage service.

Responsibilities
- Accurately process sales transactions using the point‑of‑sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments.
- Verify product codes, apply promotions, and ensure correct pricing for all items sold.
- Maintain a tidy and organized cashier station, including regular cash drawer reconciliations at the start and end of each shift.
- Provide courteous and prompt customer service, answering queries about menu items, promotions, and store policies.
- Assist in training new cashiers on system operations, cash handling procedures, and customer interaction standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen and floor staff to ensure smooth order flow and timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Identify and report any discrepancies, equipment malfunctions, or suspicious activities to management immediately.
- Support inventory control by tracking daily sales data and notifying supervisors of low‑stock items.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, especially when handling cash and receipts in a food service environment.
- Participate in periodic performance reviews and attend company‑wide meetings to stay updated on new menu launches, pricing changes, and promotional campaigns.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Open to candidates of any age, with a focus on a willingness to learn and grow.

- Experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates and career switchers are encouraged.
- Key Skills: Basic knowledge of cashier systems, strong numerical ability, and proficiency in using digital payment platforms.

- Work Availability: Must be able to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, and be willing to be placed at any Cibiuk Resto outlet within JABODETABEK.
