Introduction
We are seeking a proactive Supervisor Pengawasan Operasional dan Kualitas to lead our multi‑branch operations and marketplace initiatives. This full‑time role is based in Indonesia and reports directly to the Operations Manager. The ideal candidate is a detail‑oriented professional with at least two years of supervisory experience, a minimum bachelor’s degree, and a passion for driving efficiency across both physical stores and digital sales channels.
Responsibilities
- Supervisi Operasional & Multi‑Cabang Monitoring Harian
- Oversee daily operational activities across all retail branches, ensuring compliance with company SOPs and brand standards.
- Verify the accuracy of daily transaction recaps (WhatsApp, Marketplace, Offline, Google) prepared by the admin team before submission to the manager.
- Act as the primary liaison between third‑party contractors and the company for facility repairs, banner installations, and other physical‑media projects.
- Pengembangan & Pengelolaan Marketplace
- Coordinate the marketplace team to execute daily missions such as live streaming, product uploads, and platform‑specific tasks.
- Conduct market research and platform optimization to boost traffic, conversion rates, and overall store reputation.
- Create and regularly update fast‑response templates for admin staff to enhance customer service quality.
- Eksekusi Marketing & Promosi
- Plan and execute seasonal promotions (e.g., Ramadan campaigns), ensuring voucher distribution and sales tracking are meticulously recorded.
- Supervise the production of promotional assets, including flyers, live‑stream backdrops, and sponsorship proposals for suppliers.
- Assist in building and maintaining a robust contractor database to support market expansion initiatives.
- Kepemimpinan & Delegasi
- Provide first‑line instruction and technical support to field staff, troubleshooting administrative or operational issues.
- Monitor team discipline, evaluate performance metrics, and deliver constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and proactive problem solving.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum S1 (Bachelor’s degree) in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Gender: Female.
- Experience: At least 2 years of supervisory experience in retail operations, e‑commerce, or a similar multi‑channel environment.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with data analysis tools and the ability to interpret sales performance reports.
- Comfortable adapting to new technologies, including marketplace dashboards and CRM systems.
- Strong analytical mindset for sales, data, and performance evaluation.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to bridge gaps between internal teams and external partners.
- Leadership qualities with a focus on coaching, delegation, and motivation.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 08:00 – 16:30.
