Introduction
We are seeking a diligent Pengawas Produksi – Memastikan Kualitas & Efisiensi to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This pivotal role ensures that every step of the production line operates smoothly, meets rigorous quality standards, and adheres to safety regulations. The successful candidate will be a proactive leader who can balance meticulous planning with on‑the‑ground problem solving, driving both efficiency and excellence across all manufacturing activities.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and adjust detailed production schedules to meet daily, weekly, and monthly output targets.
- Supervise and motivate floor staff, ensuring clear communication of tasks, performance expectations, and safety procedures.
- Monitor raw material usage and machine performance to guarantee optimal utilization and minimal waste.
- Conduct regular quality inspections, comparing finished goods against company standards and customer specifications.
- Identify production bottlenecks, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Enforce K3 (occupational health and safety) guidelines, conducting safety briefings and incident investigations.
- Collaborate closely with Warehouse, Quality Control, Engineering, and Management departments to synchronize workflow and resolve inter‑departmental issues.
- Prepare and present production reports, including key performance indicators such as OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), scrap rates, and labor productivity.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting process enhancements, lean manufacturing practices, and automation opportunities.
- Maintain accurate documentation of production data, equipment maintenance logs, and compliance records.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Age: Up to 40 years old.
- Gender: Male.
- Experience: At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in a production supervision or line‑lead role within a manufacturing environment.
- Key Skills:
- Process Control – Ability to monitor and adjust production parameters to maintain consistency.
- Production Efficiency – Proven techniques for reducing cycle time and increasing output without compromising quality.
- Team Coordination – Strong leadership and communication skills to align multi‑disciplinary teams.
- Safety Management – In‑depth knowledge of K3 regulations and best practices.
- Problem Solving – Quick identification of issues and implementation of effective solutions.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00.
