We are seeking a motivated Business Partner – Staff Lapangan to join our grassroots network. Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential new borrowers by conducting door‑to‑door outreach, community events, and referrals.
- Provide on‑site economic counseling and mentorship to existing members, helping them manage cash flow, improve repayment habits, and grow their micro‑businesses.
- Conduct thorough field surveys and feasibility analyses for loan applications, ensuring each proposal complies with Amartha’s risk‑assessment framework and regulatory policies.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation of client interactions, survey results, and credit assessments for the central underwriting team.
- Execute timely collection activities, including friendly reminders, payment scheduling, and escalation of delinquent accounts while maintaining a respectful, client‑focused approach.
- Collaborate with the regional operations manager to share market insights, suggest product enhancements, and contribute to quarterly performance reviews.
- Maintain a clean and organized mess (employee housing) and ensure personal safety and the safety of company assets during field activities.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Age between 18 and 30 years (maximum 33 years as per company policy).
- Both male and female candidates are welcome; preference may be given to female applicants due to community dynamics.
- Own reliable transportation (motorcycle or car) to travel across the Pandeglang region daily.
- Strong personal integrity, honesty, attention to detail, and disciplined work habits.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and the ability to build trust with rural households.
- Resilience and physical stamina to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates with a keen interest in financial inclusion are encouraged to apply.
