We are seeking a dynamic Asisten Toko Penjualan dan Layanan Pelanggan to join our fast‑growing fashion retail team. The successful candidate will support daily store operations, drive sales targets, and represent the brand on camera for promotional videos and social media campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front‑line customer service, greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and guiding them through product selections.
- Assist in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by proactively upselling and cross‑selling fashion items.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including merchandise replenishment, price tagging, and window displays.
- Handle point‑of‑sale transactions accurately, process returns and exchanges, and ensure proper cash handling procedures.
- Develop and present short‑form video content for the store’s social media platforms, showcasing new arrivals, styling tips, and promotional events.
- Edit video footage using common editing applications to produce polished, brand‑consistent clips.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute in‑store events, flash sales, and customer loyalty programs.
- Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge, including fabric care, sizing, and current fashion trends, to provide informed recommendations.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock counts, and report any discrepancies to the store manager.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and store security policies, including proper use of personal protective equipment when required.
Requirements
- Female candidates, maximum age of 30 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Professional appearance: neat, attractive, and presentable at all times.
- Strong work ethic: diligent, honest, and able to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and proficient with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or similar).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with a persuasive and friendly tone.
- Prior experience in fashion retail is highly preferred.
- Own reliable transportation for commuting and occasional store errands.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with flexibility for occasional weekend events.
- Basic knowledge of store management systems and point‑of‑sale software.
