- Educate clients on post‑treatment care, product usage, and lifestyle recommendations to maximize therapeutic benefits.
- Accurately document all client interactions, treatment details, and progress notes in the spa’s electronic health record system.
- Collaborate closely with reception, housekeeping, and other therapists to ensure seamless scheduling and optimal resource utilization.
- Stay updated on emerging wellness trends, new techniques, and product innovations through regular training and industry seminars.
- Handle high‑pressure situations, such as back‑to‑back appointments and special event bookings, while maintaining composure and professionalism.
- Promote a welcoming atmosphere by demonstrating strong communication skills and genuine empathy toward each guest.
- Participate in team meetings, contribute ideas for service enhancements, and support marketing initiatives when needed.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; additional certification in massage therapy or related health fields is a plus.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience as a spa therapist or in a comparable health‑care setting.
