Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Pengemudi Truk Air – Operasional Pengiriman Logistik to join our growing team in Kab. Grobogan, Jawa Tengah. As a key member of our water‑distribution network, you will ensure that clean water reaches residential, commercial, and agricultural customers reliably and safely. Responsibilities
- Operate both automatic and manual water trucks (B1 and B2 class) to deliver potable water to designated sites across the region.
- Perform pre‑trip inspections, including checks of brakes, tires, fluid levels, and safety equipment, and complete post‑trip reports.
- Load, secure, and unload water tanks according to standard operating procedures, ensuring no contamination or spillage.
- Follow precise route plans, adjust for traffic conditions, and maintain accurate delivery logs and mileage records.
- Coordinate with dispatchers and customer service teams to confirm delivery times, address special requests, and resolve any on‑site issues.
- Maintain cleanliness of the truck interior and exterior, and conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes and filter replacements.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations, reporting any incidents or hazards immediately.
- Participate in regular training sessions on safe driving, water handling protocols, and emergency response procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; any major is acceptable.
- Valid and verified SIM B1 and B2 licenses for both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
- Demonstrated ability to operate water trucks safely and efficiently.
- Understanding of water‑filling procedures, distribution standards, and basic mechanical troubleshooting.
- Strong discipline, punctuality, and a high level of personal motivation.
- Awareness of workplace health, safety, and security practices; willingness to follow strict safety protocols.
- Good physical condition to handle loading duties and long periods of driving.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Willingness to be based in Kab. Grobogan, Jawa Tengah, with flexibility for overtime when required.
