Responsibilities

  • Prepare, verify, and file daily financial documents such as invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
  • Assist in the monthly reconciliation of bank statements and petty‑cash accounts to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain and update the company’s Excel‑based financial ledgers, ensuring data integrity and timely entry.
  • Support the senior accounting team in the preparation of financial reports, including profit & loss statements and cash‑flow summaries.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to collect and verify expense claims, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Handle routine administrative tasks such as document filing, correspondence management, and office supply inventory.
  • Participate in the preparation of audit documentation and respond to auditor inquiries when required.
  • Provide basic financial insights to managers, helping them make informed operational decisions.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all financial and personnel information.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: Up to 30 years (flexible based on candidate’s potential).
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • No prior work experience required, though internships or volunteer work in finance are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and the ability to work with financial data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and basic data visualization.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and a high level of organization.
  • Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability to a fast‑paced work schedule.
