Introduction
We are seeking a proactive Administrator Bisnis Channeling to join our dynamic team in Kota Bengkulu. This role is pivotal in managing the flow of business channel orders, ensuring accurate data entry, and supporting the credit approval process. The successful candidate will act as a liaison between customers, the credit assessment team, and the Survey Operations Center (SOC), delivering a seamless experience from order receipt to loan disbursement. The position offers a standard work week from Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑16:00, with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.
Responsibilities
- Follow up on inbound orders generated through the Business Channeling platform, ensuring timely processing.
- Collect, verify, and upload complete consumer and financing object data into the ACCTION system.
- Enter order information received via Dicicilaja accurately, maintaining data integrity throughout the workflow.
- Review credit applications against RAC (Risk Assessment Criteria) or consumer grading outcomes and process approvals accordingly.
- Communicate credit decision results to applicants, providing clear explanations and next‑step guidance.
- Dispatch survey orders to the SOC and coordinate closely with the SHC (Sales & Handling Center) on active customer cases.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date electronic archive of all customer documents, supporting audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
- Identify and flag any inconsistencies or missing information, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting enhancements to data entry procedures and workflow automation.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative, data entry, or customer‑service roles, preferably within the financial services sector.
- Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office, data‑management systems, and basic troubleshooting.
- Strong attention to detail, high integrity, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Organizational skills that enable effective multitasking and prioritization of multiple orders simultaneously.
