Introduction

Adira Finance is seeking a dynamic Sales Officer to join our growing team in Karimun, Kepulauan Riau. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment and is eager to drive revenue through both existing and new client relationships. The position offers a full‑time schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, with placement across all Adira Finance branches in West Java.

Responsibilities

  • Actively promote and sell Adira Finance’s portfolio of financial products to existing customers and prospect new clients within the assigned territory.
  • Generate sales orders through the company’s distribution channels, ensuring accurate initial data capture and thorough verification of customer documents.
  • Prepare, review, and complete credit applications, coordinating with internal underwriting teams to secure timely approvals.
  • Monitor the progress of each credit application, providing regular status updates to dealers and customers, and promptly communicating approval or rejection decisions.
  • Inform customers of repayment schedules, due dates, payment locations, and any additional terms or conditions that affect their financing agreements.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline forecasts in the CRM system to support strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to convey market feedback and identify opportunities for new product offerings.
  • Conduct post‑sale follow‑up to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve issues, and encourage repeat business.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (any discipline) – recent graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Age not exceeding 30 years.
  • At least 1 year of experience in B2C sales, preferably within the financial services or automotive financing sector (experience is a strong plus).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation ability and a customer‑centric attitude.
  • High level of integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty in handling confidential financial information.
  • Self‑motivated, resilient, and able to work independently while meeting sales targets.
  • Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle for field visits.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools) and the ability to quickly learn Adira Finance’s internal systems.
