Introduction
We are seeking a highly motivated Pramuniaga Penjualan Retail Profesional to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring each shopper feels valued.
- Provide product knowledge, recommend suitable items, and upsell complementary accessories to meet sales targets.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, including merchandising, price tagging, and promotional displays.
- Handle cash registers, process transactions accurately, and manage daily cash reconciliation.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and coordinate with the store manager for replenishment.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekly and monthly sales objectives, participating in team meetings and training sessions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and loss‑prevention procedures.
- Utilize the store’s Management System (Sistem Manajemen Toko) to update sales data, track customer preferences, and generate performance reports.
- Participate in community outreach and store events to enhance brand visibility and foster customer loyalty.
Requirements
- Age: Maximum 28 years old; candidates who are not yet married are preferred.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree (S1) is a plus.
- Experience: At least 1 year of retail or sales experience; fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Professional Appearance: Clean, presentable, and aligned with the brand’s image.
- Core Attributes: Discipline, honesty, responsibility, and a friendly attitude.
- Teamwork & Independence: Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and individually.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to engage customers confidently.

- Technical Skills: Familiarity with store management systems and basic POS operations.
