Responsibilities
- Assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily check‑in and check‑out operations, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for every guest.
- Coordinate and supervise the reception team, providing guidance on reservation handling, guest inquiries, and conflict resolution.
- Support the Revenue Management team by collecting and analysing occupancy data, room rates, and market trends to optimise pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with the Executive Housekeeper to monitor room readiness, housekeeping schedules, and inventory of linens and amenities.
- Supervise the Housekeeping staff, performing regular inspections to maintain cleanliness standards and promptly address any service gaps.
- Assist the Food & Beverage Manager in managing restaurant and bar operations, including staff rostering, inventory control, and guest feedback management.
- Work alongside the Chief Engineering Officer to coordinate preventative maintenance, track work orders, and ensure all facilities comply with safety regulations.
- Utilise property management systems (PMS), inventory software, and F&B platforms to generate accurate reports and support decision‑making.
- Maintain meticulous records, prepare shift handover documents, and ensure compliance with hotel SOPs and brand standards.
- Foster a collaborative team culture by providing coaching, conducting performance reviews, and encouraging continuous professional development.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in hotel operations, front office, revenue management, housekeeping, F&B, or engineering support. Fresh graduates may be considered for entry‑level positions.
- Strong understanding of hotel operating procedures, guest service standards, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership and team‑coordination abilities; capable of motivating staff and managing multiple priorities under pressure.
- High attention to detail, disciplined work ethic, and resilience in fast‑changing environments.
- Proficiency with hotel management software (e.g., PMS, inventory control, F&B POS systems) and a willingness to adopt new technologies.
- Gender: Open to all genders; age range aligned with position requirements.
- Availability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional flexibility for events or peak periods.
