This position is based in three strategic locations in West Java: Citeureup (Kab. Bogor), Cibarusah (Kab. Bekasi), and Binong (Kab. Tangerang). Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify prospective homebuyers that match the segmentation of our residential product portfolio.
- Conduct polished product presentations and tours, articulating the unique value propositions of each housing development.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies—from lead generation to contract closing—to consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
- Maintain diligent follow‑up with prospects, nurturing long‑term relationships and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Assist clients with the preparation and submission of all required documentation, including purchase agreements and financing paperwork.
- Guide buyers through the mortgage (KPR) application process, coordinating with banks and internal finance teams to streamline approvals.
- Lead and participate in a variety of sales activities such as property exhibitions, field canvassing, digital marketing campaigns, and social‑media advertising.
- Prepare and deliver accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager, highlighting key performance metrics and market insights.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, finance, and legal departments to ensure smooth transaction flow and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Continuously expand personal and company databases through proactive networking, community involvement, and referral generation.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to all genders; diversity is valued.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in residential property sales.
- Strong analytical skills for property market trends, sales data, and performance metrics.
- Excellent personal presentation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Money‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
- Extensive database of contacts and a broad networking network within the real‑estate sector.
- Proficiency in leveraging social‑media platforms for advertising and lead generation.
- Ability to work collaboratively within an ambitious, resilient team that never gives up.
- Willingness to work six days a week (Monday–Sunday) from 09:00 to 17:00.
