Introduction

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Admin Warehouse and Sales professional to join our fast‑growing operations team in Bandar Jaya, Lampung. The successful candidate will serve as the critical link between our warehouse, sales force, and retail outlets, ensuring that inventory flows smoothly, reports are accurate, and customers receive their orders on time. This full‑time position offers a structured Monday‑to‑Saturday schedule (08:00‑17:00) and provides an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong background in administrative support and warehouse coordination to deepen their expertise in a dynamic provider environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and distribute daily stock reports, highlighting key metrics such as quantity on hand, movements, and variances.
  • Allocate inventory to sales representatives based on forecasted demand and current order backlog.
  • Verify that all payments related to outgoing orders are correctly recorded and reconciled.
  • Compile and dispatch retail outlet orders, ensuring each pick list is accurate and complete.
  • Conduct daily stock opname during the cut‑off period, reconciling physical counts with system data.
  • Generate production lists for retail‑outlet orders, coordinating with the manufacturing or packaging team as needed.
  • Inspect incoming and existing inventory for expired or soon‑to‑expire items and flag them for appropriate action.
  • Implement and monitor the FIFO (First‑In‑First‑Out) inventory methodology to minimize waste and maintain product freshness.
  • Maintain and update Excel workbooks with complex formulas, pivot tables, and dashboards to support management decision‑making.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales, logistics, and finance departments to streamline workflows and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; preferably a diploma (D3) or bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in corporate administration, preferably within a provider or distribution company.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with the ability to create and maintain formulas, macros, and data visualizations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to follow established work procedures without supervision.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities; able to maintain cooperative relationships across departments.
  • Rapid adaptability to changing priorities and a keen eye for detail when handling inventory data.
  • Residency in Bandar Jaya, Lampung, or the surrounding area is highly preferred.
