Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly with a warm and friendly demeanor, escorting them to their tables and presenting menus.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, suggest menu items, and answer any guest inquiries about ingredients, dietary restrictions, or specials.
- Communicate orders efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff, ensuring timely preparation and delivery.
- Serve dishes and drinks in a courteous and professional manner, checking back with guests to guarantee satisfaction.
- Handle payment transactions, process credit card authorizations, and issue receipts while maintaining cash handling accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and clearing tables, polishing cutlery, and ensuring all service stations are stocked.
- Collaborate closely with fellow waitstaff, kitchen crew, and management to ensure smooth service flow and resolve any guest concerns promptly.
- Uphold the restaurant’s standards of hygiene, safety, and presentation at all times.
- Participate in pre‑shift briefings and post‑shift debriefs to share feedback and continuous improvement ideas.
- Promote a positive work culture by being approachable, adaptable, and supportive of team members.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English and/or Mandarin is a strong advantage.
- Professional appearance and polished personal hygiene.
- Natural ability to engage with guests, build rapport, and create a welcoming atmosphere.

- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for social interaction and teamwork.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service techniques; willingness to learn and improve.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, including occasional holiday shifts.
