Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and reliable professional woman to join our Operations Department at our flagship store in Ungaran. This full‑time position offers a stable work schedule from Monday to Saturday (08:00‑17:00) and is ideal for candidates who have completed at least a diploma (D3/D4) or high school education and are looking to build a career in retail operations without the distraction of further studies. Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and ensuring the premises are kept clean and organized.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, perform regular stock counts, and reconcile discrepancies using basic arithmetic and computer‑based inventory systems.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting shoppers, answering inquiries, and resolving minor complaints with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Assist the store manager in preparing daily sales reports, monitoring key performance indicators, and suggesting improvements to boost efficiency.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of goods, verify delivery notes, and update stock levels accordingly.
- Support visual merchandising efforts by arranging products on shelves, ensuring promotional displays are up‑to‑date, and keeping the store’s appearance attractive.
- Collaborate closely with other team members to achieve collective sales targets, sharing best practices and offering help during peak hours.
- Participate in routine training sessions on store policies, safety standards, and the use of the store management system.
- Uphold company policies regarding attendance, punctuality, and dress code, presenting a polished and professional image at all times.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and communicate suggestions to supervisors in a constructive manner.
Requirements
- Location: Must reside in Ungaran or the surrounding area.
- Gender: Female (per company policy for this position).
- Age: 20‑30 years old.
- Marital Status: Unmarried and without plans to get married in the near future.
- Education: Minimum of SMA/SMK or a D3/D4 diploma.
- Commitment: No intention to pursue further college studies while employed.
- Personal Traits: Honest, friendly, responsible, and drama‑free.
- Communication: Strong verbal skills and a pleasant appearance suitable for customer‑facing roles.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and support colleagues when needed.
