Introduction
We are seeking dedicated Verifikator professionals to join our team covering the entire province of Jambi, including the districts of Batanghari, Muaro, Bangko, Bungo, and Tebo. As a Verifikator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of field data, supporting our clients’ operational decisions, and contributing to the overall quality of services we deliver across the region. Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site verification of customer information, assets, and documentation in all assigned districts.
- Gather, record, and upload accurate data using company‑provided mobile tools and reporting platforms.
- Coordinate with local authorities, community leaders, and internal teams to schedule verification visits and obtain required permits.
- Identify inconsistencies or potential fraud, and promptly report findings to the supervising manager.
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, including travel routes, time stamps, and photographic evidence.
- Provide clear and courteous communication with clients and stakeholders, addressing questions and concerns professionally.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on verification standards, data privacy regulations, and safety protocols.
- Support the preparation of weekly and monthly performance reports that summarize verification outcomes and highlight trends.
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives by offering feedback on field processes and suggesting operational enhancements.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 35 years old at the time of application.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in field verification, data collection, or a customer‑facing role.
- Residency: Must reside in one of the districts within Jambi province (Batanghari, Muaro, Bangko, Bungo, Tebo, etc.).
- Key Skills: Strong communication abilities, attention to detail, basic computer literacy, and proficiency with mobile data‑entry applications.
- Availability: Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional travel to remote locations.
- Personal Attributes: High level of integrity, self‑motivation, ability to work independently, and a collaborative mindset.
