Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Staff Operasional / Kru Pendukung to join our vibrant team at the Sukatani branch. This full‑time position is ideal for enthusiastic individuals who thrive in fast‑paced food and beverage (F&B) environments and are eager to deliver exceptional service to our guests. The role offers a stable Monday‑to‑Saturday schedule, with working hours from 08:00 to 17:00, providing a balanced routine for personal and professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and issue receipts while maintaining strict adherence to the company’s financial policies.
- Serve as a frontline waiter or bar assistant, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring a seamless dining experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including dining tables, bar counters, and point‑of‑sale stations.
- Assist with inventory management by counting stock, reporting low supplies, and helping with restocking procedures.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, management, and fellow team members to coordinate orders and resolve any service issues promptly.
- Provide friendly, courteous, and responsive customer service, addressing guest inquiries and handling complaints with professionalism.
- Support promotional activities and special events, ensuring all materials and setups are ready on time.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, new POS features, and service excellence standards.
Requirements
- Gender: Female (Perempuan)
- Maximum age: 25 years
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent
- Prior experience in the F&B sector, preferably as a cashier, waiter, or bar staff
- Strong numerical ability and proficiency with cash‑handling and POS systems
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Agility and the ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours
- Willingness to be placed at the Sukatani branch and reside in the surrounding area
- Team‑player mindset with a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving
- Basic knowledge of store management systems is a plus
