Responsibilities
- Monitor and coordinate the end‑to‑end process of parcel pickup and delivery, ensuring adherence to service‑level agreements (SLAs).
- Oversee inbound and outbound workflows, including coordination with third‑party logistics (3PL) partners to guarantee smooth hand‑offs.
- Supervise sorting operations and manage the distribution of parcels to couriers, verifying accuracy and timeliness.
- Lead a team of couriers and drivers, providing clear direction, performance feedback, and coaching to maximize productivity.
- Develop and maintain shift schedules, balancing workload, vehicle availability, and driver fatigue while respecting labor regulations.
- Analyze delivery zones, route allocations, and fuel consumption to optimize operational costs and improve route efficiency.
- Conduct daily briefings and debriefings, communicating key performance indicators (KPIs), safety updates, and any operational changes.
- Collaborate with the warehouse, customer service, and planning departments to resolve exceptions, address customer inquiries, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of shipment statuses, incident reports, and shift logs for audit and continuous‑improvement purposes.
- Identify opportunities for process automation, technology adoption, and lean initiatives to enhance overall shift performance.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred.
- At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in logistics, supply‑chain, or a related transportation role.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams, creating schedules, and managing driver performance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data on shipping volumes, fuel usage, and route efficiency.
- Proficiency in logistics software, basic Excel functions, and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; capable of motivating diverse crews.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends, to meet business demands.
- Willingness to relocate to or reside in Kabupaten Sukoharjo, Jawa Tengah.
