Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Financial Advisor to join our team in the Sumatera Utara region, covering the bustling cities of Batam and Medan. The successful candidate will be stationed at a Bank Mandiri branch, acting as the primary financial planning and insurance liaison for our valued customers. This role offers a dynamic blend of client advisory, product marketing, and claim support within the reputable AXA Mandiri ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Assess each client’s financial situation, goals, and risk tolerance to develop tailored financial plans.
- Promote and sell a comprehensive suite of insurance products—including life, health, and asset protection—aligned with identified client needs.
- Guide clients through the entire insurance lifecycle, from policy selection to claim submission and post‑sale service.
- Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide timely assistance for any insurance‑related issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system, updating policy statuses, contact information, and follow‑up actions.
- Collaborate closely with Bank Mandiri staff to coordinate joint sales initiatives and cross‑sell opportunities.
- Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and new product offerings to provide informed recommendations.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to ethical standards and compliance guidelines.
- Participate in ongoing training programs and professional development workshops to enhance product knowledge and advisory skills.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or higher (S1 preferred).
- Age: Up to 38 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in the financial services or insurance industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Professional appearance and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications; a tablet will be provided for daily use.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an advantage.
