Responsibilities

- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and clearing tables, polishing cutlery, and replenishing condiments.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, respond to requests swiftly, and address any concerns with a courteous and solution‑focused attitude.
- Process payments using POS systems, handle cash transactions, and issue receipts while adhering to company cash‑handling policies.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to coordinate service flow during peak periods.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards by following proper food handling procedures and maintaining personal grooming standards.
- Participate in pre‑shift briefings, attend regular training sessions, and stay updated on menu changes and promotional events.
- Contribute to a positive work environment by demonstrating teamwork, reliability, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 30 years old.

- Strong interpersonal skills: friendly, communicative, and able to convey a positive attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑moving environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- No involvement in gambling (Judol) or loan‑sharking (Pinjol) activities.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service techniques; prior experience is a plus but not required.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
