Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Coordinator Sales & Client Relations to join our rapidly expanding team in the Greater Jakarta area (Jabodetabek). This role is pivotal in driving customer acquisition through a consignment system and ensuring seamless hand‑off of new clients to our sales and service teams. The ideal candidate is a proactive, male professional aged between 25‑40 years, equipped with a valid driver’s license, a personal motor vehicle, and a strong desire to grow within a fast‑paced sales environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers using targeted prospecting methods, including digital communication tools, cold calling, and field visits.
- Implement the consignment sales model, explaining terms and benefits to potential partners and ensuring proper documentation.
- Coordinate the transition of newly acquired accounts to the account management team, providing detailed handover notes and supporting materials.
- Maintain a robust pipeline in the CRM system, updating contact information, activity logs, and forecasted revenue.
- Conduct market research to uncover emerging trends, competitor activities, and untapped geographic zones within Jakarta, Bekasi, Bogor, and Banten.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, logistics, and finance departments to align acquisition strategies with overall business objectives.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting acquisition metrics, conversion rates, and incentive achievements.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on product offerings, sales techniques, and industry regulations.
- Represent the company at local trade shows, networking events, and community gatherings to strengthen brand visibility.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Male.
- Age: 25‑40 years.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales acquisition, client relations, or a related field.
- Own a reliable motor vehicle and possess a valid driving license.
- Willingness to be stationed in any of the designated locations: Jakarta, Bekasi, Bogor, or Banten.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in digital communication tools (WhatsApp, email, CRM platforms).
- Excellent interpersonal abilities, including negotiation, problem‑solving, and the capacity to build trust quickly.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Ability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with flexibility for occasional overtime during peak periods.
