This entry‑level position is ideal for candidates who are passionate about the food & beverage (F&B) industry and eager to develop a solid foundation in restaurant operations. As a member of the operational support crew, you will work closely with outlet managers, kitchen staff, and front‑of‑house teams to ensure smooth daily service, uphold brand standards, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Assist outlet managers with day‑to‑day operational tasks, including opening and closing procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies; coordinate with the procurement team to place orders and receive deliveries.
- Support the maintenance of cleanliness and hygiene standards across all service areas, complying with local health regulations.
- Provide frontline assistance during peak hours, helping with order taking, guest seating, and quick issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate documentation of sales reports, waste logs, and equipment checks.
- Facilitate communication between kitchen and front‑of‑house staff to ensure timely service and proper handling of special requests.
- Participate in regular training sessions on food safety, customer service, and company policies.
- Act as a liaison for technical support, reporting any equipment malfunctions to the maintenance team promptly.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements that increase efficiency, reduce costs, or enhance guest satisfaction.
- Travel as needed to support any Cibiuk Resto outlet within the Jabodetabek region, ensuring consistent operational standards across locations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to candidates of all genders; both male and female applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Age limit: up to 35 years old.
- Strong interest in the F&B sector and willingness to work hard in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to interact courteously with guests and team members.
- Highly disciplined, honest, and possessing a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, with occasional overtime during special events.
- Readiness to be assigned to any Cibiuk Resto outlet across Jabodetabek, adapting quickly to new team settings.
- Basic technical support aptitude – comfortable using POS systems and reporting minor equipment issues.
