Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Crew Dapur to join our fast‑growing Hub in Kabupaten Bekasi. As part of the ASTRO Hub network, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our kitchen operations run smoothly, inventory is accurately managed, and every dish meets the high standards expected by our customers. This full‑time position offers a dynamic work environment where teamwork, precision, and a passion for food service are highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations to guarantee smooth workflow and timely service delivery.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks, reconcile physical stock with system records, and report discrepancies.
  • Update stock, inbound deliveries, and inventory data in the central management system to maintain real‑time visibility.
  • Prepare and submit routine operational reports covering production volumes, waste, and equipment status.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to food‑safety regulations and sanitation standards.
  • Execute the full cooking process, transforming raw ingredients into finished menu items while ensuring consistency in taste, portion size, and presentation.
  • Pre‑prepare ingredients, portion sauces, and arrange mise en place before each shift to streamline service.
  • Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff and front‑of‑house teams to coordinate order flow and address any service issues promptly.
  • Participate in regular equipment maintenance checks and promptly report any malfunctions.
  • Support training of new team members by sharing best practices for food handling, stock control, and kitchen hygiene.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: 35 years or younger.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the food & beverage (F&B) sector, preferably in a kitchen or as a barista.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to work quickly under pressure, and a high level of responsibility.
  • Demonstrated capability in stock control, data entry, and basic inventory management.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift heavy supplies, and perform repetitive tasks safely.
  • Willingness to work shift schedules, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends.
  • Flexibility to be assigned to any ASTRO Hub location across the region.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in basic kitchen equipment operation and knowledge of food safety standards.
