Introduction

We are seeking an energetic and results‑driven Sales Motorist – Penjualan Permen Lapangan (Bone) to join our dynamic field sales team. In this role, you will be the front‑line ambassador for our popular line of confectionery products, delivering sweet moments to kiosks, warungs, and small retail outlets across the designated territory. This position offers a blend of on‑the‑road activity, customer relationship management, and performance‑driven reporting, making it an ideal opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Visit assigned outlets (kios, kelontong, warung) on a daily schedule to present, demonstrate, and sell Bone confectionery products according to client‑provided criteria.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with store owners and managers, understanding their needs and providing tailored product recommendations.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets by proactively identifying new sales opportunities and upselling complementary items.
  • Prepare and submit accurate daily sales reports, including order quantities, revenue generated, and any customer feedback, to the Team Leader.
  • Manage inventory levels at each outlet, ensuring shelves are stocked, product displays are attractive, and expired stock is removed promptly.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to arrange timely deliveries and resolve any supply chain issues that may arise on the route.
  • Conduct market research on competitor activities and pricing, providing insights that help refine sales strategies.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, promotional campaigns, and best sales practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Male candidates only, as specified by the client.
  • At least 1 year of proven field sales experience, preferably in the FMCG or confectionery sector.
  • Strong sales management skills with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a customer‑focused mindset.
  • Good organizational skills for route planning, inventory tracking, and daily reporting.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and handle a motorbike or vehicle safely.
  • Basic computer literacy for report entry and use of mobile sales applications.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
