Introduction

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Admin Marketplace Online Digital to join our fast‑growing e‑commerce team. As a key member of our marketplace division, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring that product listings are accurate, orders are processed smoothly, and our social media presence remains vibrant and engaging.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update product listings across multiple online marketplaces, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and inventory levels.
  • Coordinate daily communications with sellers and vendors to resolve listing issues, negotiate promotions, and gather product information.
  • Process incoming orders, verify payment status, and oversee the end‑to‑end fulfillment workflow to guarantee timely delivery.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports covering sales metrics, conversion rates, and inventory turnover.
  • Craft and schedule creative content for the company’s social media channels, leveraging trends to boost engagement and drive traffic to the marketplace.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, handling complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop promotional campaigns, flash sales, and seasonal offers.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to recommend strategic adjustments to product assortments and pricing.
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and data entry to maintain organized records.
  • Assist in training new team members on marketplace tools, standard operating procedures, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: Candidates of any age are welcome; the position is open to fresh talent.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Experience: Prior experience in sales, customer service, or online marketplace administration is highly desirable.
  • Core Attributes: Honesty, discipline, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic office software (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
  • Creative Ability: Demonstrated creativity in crafting social media posts, graphics, or promotional copy.
  • Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
