PT. Joy Sun Food is a fast‑growing distributor of GoDay food and beverage products, strategically located at Jl. Letda Sucipto, Peremuhan Yasa Griya, No. A4, Perbon, Tuban Regency. Our mission is to become the leading distributor in the Tuban and Lamongan regions, delivering high‑quality products to retail outlets, supermarkets, and local businesses. To achieve this, we are seeking a dynamic Manajer Penjualan dan Pengembangan Bisnis who can drive sales, expand market reach, and nurture strong relationships with customers.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor sales activities within the assigned territory, ensuring product availability and optimal shelf presence.
- Identify and develop new market opportunities, including untapped retail channels, horeca (hotel‑restaurant‑cafe) outlets, and bulk‑buy customers.
- Maintain and service product displays, racks, and promotional materials to maximize visual impact and compliance with brand guidelines.
- Build and sustain long‑term relationships with existing customers through regular visits, phone calls, and responsive after‑sales support.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate timely deliveries, resolve stock issues, and optimize route efficiency.
- Track sales performance, prepare weekly and monthly reports, and present actionable insights to senior management.
- Negotiate pricing, discounts, and promotional deals while adhering to company policies and profit margin targets.
- Participate in regional trade shows, product launches, and community events to increase brand visibility.
- Mentor junior sales staff, share best practices, and contribute to a collaborative, results‑driven team culture.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age not exceeding 45 years.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, preferably within the food and beverage distribution sector.
- Strong understanding of the Tuban and surrounding areas, including local market dynamics and consumer preferences.
- Possession of a personal motorcycle and a reliable smartphone with internet capability for route planning and communication.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Customer‑focused mindset, demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet or exceed sales targets.
