Introduction
Kapten Outlet is seeking a dynamic Supervisor Outlet (Kapten Outlet) to lead one of our high‑traffic restaurant locations. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining the brand’s reputation for quality and service. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with at least one year of restaurant leadership experience, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all day‑to‑day outlet activities, ensuring that service is delivered efficiently, safely, and in line with company SOPs.
- Coordinate staff scheduling, shift rotations, and workload distribution to maximize productivity while adhering to labor regulations.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with hygiene, cleanliness, and grooming standards, conducting regular inspections and providing corrective feedback.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, perform stock counts, and generate periodic reports for management review.
- Address customer complaints promptly, resolve issues on the spot, and communicate recurring concerns to senior management for systemic improvement.
- Train new hires on operational procedures, safety protocols, and brand standards, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure food quality, portion control, and timely service delivery.
- Analyze sales data and peak traffic patterns to suggest operational adjustments that enhance profitability.
- Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, punctuality, and a customer‑first mindset at all times.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance summaries for senior leadership, highlighting achievements and areas for development.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age not exceeding 35 years.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a restaurant or food‑service environment.
- Strong command of stock management and inventory control processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach team members.
- Demonstrated honesty, discipline, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, national holidays, and rotating shift schedules.
