Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a warm, friendly attitude and assist them in selecting beverages and food items.
- Prepare espresso‑based drinks, brewed coffee, teas, and specialty beverages according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Handle cash registers, process credit/debit transactions, and ensure accurate cash handling at the end of each shift.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including regular cleaning of equipment, countertops, and dining spaces.
- Restock inventory such as coffee beans, milk, syrups, pastries, and merchandise throughout the day.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours, especially during night shifts.
- Provide product knowledge and upsell seasonal or promotional items to increase sales.
- Monitor equipment functionality, report any maintenance issues, and assist in minor troubleshooting.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations, including proper storage and handling of perishable items.
- Participate in weekly team briefings, share feedback, and contribute ideas for menu improvements or operational efficiencies.
Requirements
- Male or female applicants, age 17 years or older.
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Willingness to work night shifts as required by the schedule.
- Strong creative mindset and high initiative; ability to suggest new drink concepts or service enhancements.
- Excellent teamwork skills; comfortable collaborating in a fast‑paced environment.
- Polite, smiling demeanor with a genuine passion for customer service.
- Effective communication abilities in Bahasa Indonesia (additional language skills are a plus).
- Disciplined, honest, and ready to work hard to meet performance targets.
- Basic cooking or food preparation skills are considered an advantage.
- Familiarity with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and store management software is beneficial.
