Introduction
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Creator of Digital Content to join our fast‑growing media team. Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, script, film, edit, and deliver engaging video content for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Optimize each video’s metadata, thumbnails, captions, and posting schedule to increase interaction rates, watch time, and subscriber growth.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPM, audience retention) and produce regular reports with actionable insights.
- Stay current with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in social media, video production, and digital storytelling.
- Maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of assets and adherence to project deadlines.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior creators, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, pitch innovative concepts, and experiment with new formats such as live streams, reels, and short‑form clips.
- Ensure all content complies with copyright laws, community standards, and company policies.
Requirements
- Maximum age of 30 years; all genders are welcome.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong discipline, honesty, and a high level of personal responsibility.
- Friendly, creative, and innovative mindset with a passion for digital media.
- Solid foundation in computer software; proficiency with video‑editing applications (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Demonstrated experience in optimizing video content for higher interaction and reach.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia and preferably English.
- Understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithmic nuances.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
