Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS/GAAP.
- Coordinate the preparation of tax filings, including corporate income tax, VAT, and payroll taxes, ensuring timely submission and compliance.
- Develop and maintain detailed budgeting models, monitor actual performance against forecasts, and provide variance analysis to senior management.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and liaise with external auditors during year‑end audits.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate posting, timely collections, and proper expense classification.
- Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) to streamline reporting processes and improve data accuracy.
- Support the finance team in cash‑flow forecasting, working capital optimization, and cost‑reduction initiatives.
- Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights that drive strategic decision‑making.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of health‑care regulations, tax law changes, and industry best practices.
- Mentor junior accounting staff, sharing expertise and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance.
- Maximum age of 30 years.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably within the health‑care or clinic sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (advanced formulas, data analysis tools).
- Solid understanding of financial reporting, tax regulations, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and present clear recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with cross‑functional teams.
